We collect as little as we can, use it only to handle your order, and never sell it. Here’s the detail.
What we collect
When you send an order request, we receive:
- your full name, phone number, delivery address and city or area;
- your email address and a note, if you choose to add them;
- the product, quantity and price shown at the time of your request.
We don’t ask for payment details on this website, and you don’t need an account.
How we use it
- to review your request and contact you to confirm it;
- to arrange delivery once your order is confirmed;
- to answer questions about your order.
We won’t send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who can see it
The AtomBox team, and — once your order is confirmed — the delivery service that brings it to you, which receives only what it needs to deliver (name, phone and address). We don’t sell or rent personal information.
Cookies and analytics
- Theme and language preference. Your light/dark and language choices are stored in your browser so the site looks right on your next visit.
- Visit statistics. We count page views, product views and order requests with our own tool to see what people like. It uses no cookies and stores no IP address or other detail that identifies you; the count resets every day, so a visitor can’t be followed from one day to the next. We skip browsers that send “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”.
- Consent choice. If we ask about analytics, we remember your answer in a first-party cookie.
- Meta Pixel (optional). Only if you allow it, the Meta Pixel records which pages and products are viewed so we can understand what people like. It never receives your name, phone number, address or note. You can decline, and the site works exactly the same.
Product suggestions
If you use the product finder, the words you type are sent to our server to match products in the catalog. When AI-assisted suggestions are switched on, that text may be processed by our AI provider for that purpose only. Please don’t include personal details in it.
How long we keep it
We keep order request details only for as long as we need them to handle your order and meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we don’t need to keep it. Just tell us when we contact you about your order, or reply to that call or message at any time afterwards.
